Cancellation Policy

At Aurora Spa, we value your time and ours. In order to provide all guests with the best possible experience, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.​

This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer availability to other guests in need of services.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly:

We recommend calling for same-day changes. Emails are monitored regularly during business hours.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide your full service within the remaining time. However, in some cases your session may need to be shortened to accommodate the next guest. Charges will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
