Welcome to Aurora Spa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (aurora-spa.ca), booking services, gift cards, and in-person spa treatments. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

Aurora Spa is a wellness provider located in Kelowna, British Columbia, offering massage, facial, and holistic spa treatments. All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with Canadian health and safety regulations.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, with full charges applied.

  • At Aurora Spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To provide the best service to all our guests, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • We accept credit cards, debit, and gift cards.

  • Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice.

  • A receipt can be provided via email or printed at time of service.

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • They may be used for services or retail products offered at Aurora Spa.

  • Gift cards do not expire, unless stated otherwise under promotional terms.

5. Health & Safety Disclosure

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to receiving services.

  • Aurora Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on disclosed health concerns to ensure client safety.

  • We follow strict hygiene protocols in accordance with provincial health guidelines.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Any conduct that is disrespectful, inappropriate, or threatening will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in a permanent ban from booking future appointments.

7. Website Use

By using aurora-spa.ca, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with its security or functionality

  • Reproduce or distribute content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access for users who violate these terms.
